Welcome to Ki’iCards! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ki’iCards website at kiicards.com and the products and services we offer. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Do
Ki’iCards is a custom postcard and framed print service. You upload a photo, customize it with stickers, filters, and a personal message, and we print and mail the finished product to the address you provide.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters our print queue. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS. Postcards are sent via First Class Mail and typically arrive within 5–10 business days to U.S. addresses. Framed prints ship via Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant Ki’iCards a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. We do not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose. Please only upload photos you have the right to use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate content at our sole discretion.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each product is custom-made, we generally cannot offer refunds once an order enters production. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us at our support page within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — either with a reprint or a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ki’iCards is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
